6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Denard Span went 3-for-3 on Wednesday, including his 11th home run of the season in the Mariners 5-2 win over the Orioles. The veteran continues to rack up hits in a Mariners uniform and now is 69-for-230 (.300) since June 1. Span is having a very solid season, slashing .277/.353/.449 with seven triples, 11 home runs, 20 doubles, 56 runs batted in and 59 runs scored. His fantasy value is best utilized as a bench piece in deeper leagues and AL-only formats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
