6 years agoJoe Gibbs Racing's Denny Hamlin didn't end up leading any laps in Sunday's STP 500 at Martinsville Speedway, but he was still able to post a fifth-place finish. Hamlin joined Kyle Busch to give JGR a pair of top-5 finishes. He has registered three top-10 showings over his past four starts at Martinsville. The South Boston, Va. native will set his sights on Texas now. He has a pair of victories in 26 career starts in Texas, posting 12 top-10s and an Average-Finish Position of 13.7. He'll once again be a force in Fort Worth, as he guns for his third win in Texas.--Daniel Dobish
