Denny Hamlin Expects To Move Up At Daytona
3 years agoDenny Hamlin has not had a good week. He starts the Daytona 500 from the 30th position on Sunday. His Next-Gen car lagged a good deal behind throughout most of his Duel race. However, in qualifying, he did finish eighth and that may be something to point to. The speed is there. What Hamlin possesses is the ability to race on this track especially in the series opener. The No. 11 driver has led the most laps at Daytona over the past three years. His 21.27% rate is heads and shoulders above Chase Elliott's 6.06%. Hamlin has four top-ten results as well. Upward mobility is expected.
