5 years agoDenny Hamlin is the most recent winner at Phoenix Raceway. In 29 starts at the track, Hamlin has two wins, 17 Top 10 finishes, and 821 laps led, which ranks fourth of active drivers. Since 2017 at PR, Hamlin ranks fourth in Laps in the Top 15 (1,634), third in Average Running Position (7.2), and second in Fastest Laps (189), laps led (375) and Driver Rating (111.3). In the last nine races at Phoenix, Hamlin has seven Top 10 finishes, which include three Top 5 finishes in the last four races. The driver of the #11 Toyota has scored strong results in recent races at Phoenix and generally runs well at the track.
