4 years agoDenny Hamlin placed 29th during Sunday’s race at Charlotte after ballast fell off his car during the start of the event. In 28 starts at CMS, Hamlin has 17 top-10 finishes, which include three top-five finishes in the last five events at the site. Since 2018 at Charlotte, Hamlin has the third-most fastest laps (79) and will start 29th for Wednesday’s race at CMS. The driver of the No. 11 Toyota will score a lot of place differential and has the equipment capable of scoring a top-10 finish. Although he does not leave a lot of salary cap flexibility, Hamlin is a driver worth the high price that must be considered for lineups for Wednesday’s race at Charlotte.--Sean Engel - RotoBaller
