2 years agoCleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward (leg) appeared to have injured his left leg at the team's final mandatory minicamp practice on Thursday. The Browns didn't provide any further details on Ward's injury, so it remains to be seen if it's serious enough to keep him sidelined for the start of training camp at the end of July. The 25-year-old Pro Bowler signed a five-year, $100.5 million contract extension in April after he recorded 43 tackles (34 solo), three interceptions (one for a touchdown), 10 passes defensed and half a sack in 15 starts last season.
