6 years agoCleveland Browns rookie Denzel Ward didn't waste much time impressing his new team. The former Ohio State cornerback has already been promoted to the first team in Gregg Williams' defense. The promotion for the No. 4 overall pick was announced during the third and final week of organized team activities. Head coach Hue Jackson stated, "Ward being out there is because he's earning it." Ward has a good chance to be one of the team's starting cornerbacks when the 2018 season kicks off.--Matt T - RotoBaller
