5 years agoSan Francisco Giants pitcher Dereck Rodriguez had a poor showing in Thursday's 10-2 loss to the Phillies. Rodriguez had been called up from Triple-A Sacramento for the start but lasted just three innings, allowing seven runs (four earned) on eight hits (including a solo home run) and two walks with no strikeouts. The 27-year-old has been extremely disappointing after a solid 2018 campaign and now owns a 5.32 ERA with 42 strikeouts and 25 walks in 64 1/3 IP with the Giants. He has been between the big-league level and Triple-A all season long and is not fantasy-relevant even if he happens to stay up after this start.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
