6 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Dereck Rodriguez will be the third man in the Giants rotation for the 2019 season, joining Madison Bumgarner, Derek Holland, Jeff Samardzija and Drew Pomeranz. This move is a no-brainer for the Giants, as he was a potential NL Rookie of the Year candidate last season, putting up a 6-4 record, a 2.81 ERA and 89 strikeouts in 118 1/3 innings pitched. Considering his extremely low ownage rate of 28% on Yahoo, he is easily a top sleeper candidate going into this season and needs to be owned in all deep formats currently.--Caden Inaba
