5 years agoOakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has yet to top 20 fantasy points in a game this season, but we may see this streak end in Week 4. The team will travel to Indianapolis to take on a Colts Defense that has given up the seventh-most points to quarterbacks this season (20.6 PPG). With the Raiders Defense scuffling and the Indy offense surging, this game could end up as a potential shootout. Carr is currently having his best season completion-wise with a 73.5% success rate and is displaying a reliable chemistry with his new weapons in this offense. The 28-year-old has disappointed in previous favorable matchups, so he's not the safest of bets this week, but managers could certainly do worse with the depleted state of the position.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
