Derek Carr A Low-End Week 10 Streamer

4 years agoOakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has put together three straight productive games, but his task will get a bit tougher on Thursday versus the Chargers. Los Angeles has given up just 208.7 passing yards per game, good enough for fifth in the NFL. They most recently held Aaron Rodgers to less than 13 fantasy points in Week 9, making Carr a tough player to feel comfortable starting this week. The Raiders have recently been forced to throw more often, but will now likely lean heavily on the running game since the opposing defense is more susceptible to the ground attack. The bright spot is the Chargers have allowed 13 TDs through the air, so the team may decide to pass in the red zone more than usual. There are better fantasy options out there for Week 10, even with six teams on bye, but Carr should provide a reliable floor in this home contest.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
