3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has begun discussing an extension with the organization. It's obvious that the Raiders are in win-now mode after acquiring superstar wide receiver Davante Adams. Carr only has one year left on his deal and they'd be doomed without him. That being said, it sounds like the Raiders are going to do everything possible to keep Carr in Las Vegas. Early reports have Carr looking for $35 millions per season. That would put him just short of the top-five paid quarterbacks right now. That seems like a reasonable ask from Carr considering the increasing market. The expectation is that the two sides should come to an agreement at some point this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
