4 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Derek Fisher (quad) left Thursday’s contest early with left quad tightness. Fisher was replaced by second baseman Joe Panik in the lineup. Fisher was once a prized prospect for the Houston Astros, but he has struggled in limited action at the big league level. Fisher only has three starts under his belt this season with the Blue Jays and when healthy can be left on the waiver wire.
