6 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Derek Holland allowed three earned runs, four hits and two walks over just four innings in a loss Friday night to the San Diego Padres. He managed to salvage the stat line somewhat with five strikeouts. It was a rather uneven performance, as he threw first-pitch strikes to 11 of the 18 batters he faced and he also hit a batsman in this one. He'll look to bounce back next Wednesday on the road against the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was 0-2 with a 3.92 ERA across four starts and six appearances versus the Dodgers in 2018. His fantasy value remains limited to NL-only play at this time.--Daniel Dobish
