3 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is down to the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints as trade partners after the Carolina Panthers were informed on Thursday that they have been ruled out. The Cleveland Browns are also out. He's still going back and forth, but he could make his decision as soon as Friday. The Falcons have pushed back their decision on Matt Ryan's bonus while they wait for Watson to make his decision. Atlanta would be forced to take a huge dead-cap hit if they land Watson and release Ryan, but the Falcons could also trade Ryan to lessen the hit.
