Deshaun Watson Has Four Touchdowns Against Saints
5 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns on 20-for-30 passing in Monday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. He also added 40 rushing yards on four carries, including a rushing touchdown in the first half. While there were some miscues -- Watson threw an interception and was sacked six times -- it was still a successful game for the third-year passer, who tried his hardest in the fourth quarter to give the Texans the win, throwing a 37-yard touchdown to Kenny Stills with under a minute to play. Monday showed why Watson was one of the first quarterbacks off the board in fantasy drafts, and he remains a top option at the position with a Week 2 matchup against a Jaguars team that was torn up by the Chiefs in Week 1.
