6 years agoThe Detroit Lions defense was able to get pressure on Dolphins quarterback Brock Osweiler, recording four sacks in the 32-21 victory. However, they weren't able to force any turnovers against the backup signal caller. It was helpful for the Lions that they were able to jump out to an early 10-0 lead in the second quarter, forcing Miami to abandon the run early and pass more. Detroit allowed just 215 yards passing and only 107 yards on the ground. The team was missing defensive end Ziggy Ansah (shoulder) for a fifth straight game, but that didn't slow the defense from recording seven tackles for loss. They get to go back home next week to face the Seahawks.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
