7 years agoThe Detroit Lions are hosting free-agent running back Frank Gore on Wednesday. Gore rushed 261 times for 961 yards and three touchdowns last season and has been a reliable running back for over a decade. Detroit's running game struggled mightily last season, and they have been active on the free-agent market. They have been connected to Gore along with DeMarco Murray and Jonathan Stewart. Expect Detroit to sign a running back in the coming days. Detroit's pass-heavy offense and poor offensive line is not an ideal spot for an aging back, so whomever ends up in the Motor City will likely lose fantasy appeal in 2018.--patton
