Devan Dubnyk Tagged For Four Goals In Loss
6 years agoMinnesota Wild goaltender Devan Dubnyk yielded four goals on 30 shots in Monday's 3-1 road loss against the Vancouver Canucks. Dubnyk was hanging in there, allowing a power-play goal and two even-strength markers through two periods, trailing just 3-2 going into the final 20 minutes. However, Elias Pettersson broke his back at 6:29 of the final period and the Canucks added an empty-netter to pull square with the Wild at 14 points apiece in the Western Conference. Dubs is expected to sit Tuesday in Edmonton, as Alex Stalock is likely to get the nod.
