6 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Devante Parker is active for Week 3 against the Raiders. Parker missed Week 1 with a finger injury and was considered a healthy scratch in Week 2. Even though Parker is active he isn't an advisable fantasy option. Miami doesn't have a prolific passing game and Parker seems to have fallen out of favor with the coaching staff. He is a desperation play in deep leagues at best.--Elliott Baas - RotoBaller
