3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (hamstring, shoulder) is expected to play on Sunday versus the Bills. The 28-year-old last played in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts because of hamstring and shoulder issues, missing his previous three games as a result. Nonetheless, while it will be nice for fantasy managers to see him out there in Week 8, especially with the team down Preston Williams (undisclosed) and Will Fuller V (finger), he has an uphill climb toward productivity in what should be a challenging matchup in Buffalo. Still, Parker's upside is always there and is worth a start in deeper formats. He also has appeal as a value option in DFS setups.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
