3 years agoThe Miami Dolphins have made a pair of moves at wide receiver, activating DeVante Parker (foot) off the Physically Unable To Perform list and placing Preston Williams on the COVID-19 list. For Parker, this move gets Miami's No. 1 receiver -- for now -- back in the mix as he works to build more rapport with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Parker is a WR4 with upside. As for Williams, after a promising rookie year that saw him play in eight games and catch 32 passes for 428 yards and three touchdowns, he dropped down to 18 receptions for 288 last year. He needs all the practice time he can get if he wants to make an impact in 2021. He's just barely a top-100 option at the wide receiver position.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
