3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker was not targeted during last week's matchup against the New Orleans Saints. To be fair, a majority of the game he drew elite defensive back Marshon Lattimore. However, it should get easier for Parker heading into Week 17. He'll do battle with the Tennessee Titans who struggle to contain the passing attack. They've allowed the most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Obviously, Jaylen Waddle is the favorite target in Miami. Although, Parker has seen at least seven targets in six of his eight games this season. He should be considered a low-end WR3 for this favorable matchup.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
