6 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Devin Funchess is not a strong option for fantasy owners in his matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons may be without starting safety Keanu Neal, but with the Panthers also missing tight end Greg Olsen, the Panthers are likely to struggle in the passing game. In his Week 1 encounter against the Dallas Cowboys in Funchess saw five targets, catching three for 41 yards. With the aforementioned Olsen out of the team Funchess and running back Christian McCaffrey are likely to see more targets this week, but against a tough Falcons defensive unit his fantasy output will be limited to a flex play this week.--Richard King - RotoBaller
