6 years agoCincinnati Reds backup catcher Devin Mesoraco has been scratched from Tuesday's lineup with neck stiffness. He was originally slated to play catcher and bat sixth. He will be replaced by normal starter Tucker Barnhart, who will take the same spot in the lineup. Mesoraco shouldn't be out long and can be considered day-to-day for now. The veteran catcher is batting .192 in 12 games for the Reds in 2018.--Matt T - RotoBaller
