Devin Mesoraco's Wrist Is Sore
7 years agoUpdating a previous report, Cincinnati Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco (wrist) told reporters that he is experiencing soreness in his wrist after getting hit by a pitch during Tuesday night's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. X-rays on Mesoraco's wrist came back negative after he was forced to leave the game during the sixth inning. Despite experiencing soreness in his wrist, Mesoraco has full feeling in his fingers, which is a good sign. For now, consider the backup catcher day-to-day.
