4 years agoNew York Giants running back Devonta Freeman (ankle) was activated off Injured Reserve last week with the intention of him getting back on the field for the stretch run of 2020, but it appears unlikely that he takes the field Sunday against the Ravens. Freeman has not played since Week 7, which has allowed Wayne Gallman to excel as the team's lead back. Earlier this season, Freeman had a considerable opportunity to become a fantasy stalwart due to Saquon Barkley's (knee) season-ending injury, but that has gone by the wayside. Still just 28 years old, shrewd fantasy managers in keeper leagues will keep an eye on where Freeman lands next year, as his proclivity for finding the end zone makes him a sought-after asset.--Jesse Borek
