Dinelson Lamet Plays Catch This Week
3 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Dinelson Lamet (forearm) played catch with a weighted ball on Wednesday and baseball on Thursday. He also reported that he is feeling better, which is good news after he landed on the 10-day injured list nearly a week ago because of right forearm inflammation. The 28-year-old has played well enough to remain on fantasy rosters, posting a 2-3 record along with a 3.67 ERA and 38 strikeouts through nine starts this season. James Norwood will continue to hold things down in Lamet's place until he returns.
