Diontae Johnson Looking To Build On Breakout Season
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson had a breakout year in 2020, finishing with 85 catches for 827 yards and seven touchdowns, good enough to be a WR2 in PPR fantasy leagues. Johnson could take another step forward in 2021 if the Steelers offense can show improvement. There are signs that it might do just that as quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is slimmed down and has reported that his surgically-repaired elbow is feeling much stronger than a year ago. Johnson has established himself as the WR1 in the Steelers offense and has a good shot at hitting the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his career. Johnson's early ADP has him being drafted in the fifth round of PPR drafts, an excellent value for a player who has a solid chance at finishing as a WR1 in fantasy this season.
