DJ Chark Jr. Logs Team-High 53 Receiving Yards In Defeat
4 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver DJ Chark Jr. had a team-best 53 receiving yards on four receptions Sunday against Baltimore, but he was yet again kept out of the end zone. More pressing was that with Gardner Minshew II back under center, Chark saw just five targets, which is tied for his lowest mark since Week 6. Four other Jaguars saw at least three targets, which muddies the water of Chark's appeal at this stage. Looking ahead, both Chicago and Indianapolis boast an above-average defense, albeit ones that have struggled at times in 2020 to corral top wideouts. Chark will be a risky Flex play in season-long finals next week, so fantasy managers will want to stay up to date on the health status of Bears cornerbacks in order to adequately gauge his appeal.
