3 years agoNew York Yankees infielder DJ LeMahieu (abdomen) said that he is fully recovered from surgery last October to fix a core muscle injury. LeMahieu is already at the team's spring training complex and is waiting for the end of the league's lockout. The 33-year-old has been swinging a bat all winter. LeMahieu struggled to the tune of a .268/.349/.362 slash line with 10 home runs and 57 RBI in 150 games (679 plate appearances) after slashing an incredible .364/.421/.590 in the shortened 2020 season to finish third in the American League MVP voting. RotoBaller has him ranked just inside the top-15 second basemen in fantasy, and LeMahieu could be a nice value pick in fantasy drafts in 2022 with his current ADP around 120.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
