3 years agoNew York Yankees second baseman DJ LeMahieu went 0-for-4 on Monday night in the series opener as the Yankees beat the Tampa Bay Rays 4-2. There was not too much offense to go around on Monday in a pitcher's duel between possibly the two American League Cy Young favorites in Shane McClanahan and Gerrit Cole, so the lack of offense from LeMahieu is hardly surprising. Overall, LeMahieu is 5-for-22 from the plate over the last week with one home run and one RBI.--JasonHirsch
