5 years agoNew York Yankee DJ LeMahieu is showing no signs of rust after missing four games with groin tightness, collecting two hits in his return on Friday night before going off in the first game of a doubleheader against the Red Sox on Saturday, hitting two home runs off of Boston ace Chris Sale. LeMahieu would finish with four RBI in the game and now has 17 home runs on the season with a 137 wRC+ in his 432 plate appearances for his new team. The 17 round-trippers is a new career-high, eclipsing last year's total of 15 and LeMahieu continues being one of the best second basemen in fantasy, with 71 RBI, and 75 runs scored on the year.--Nicklaus Gaut - RotoBaller
