3 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (foot) posted a photo of his left foot in a walking boot. The 24-year-old managed a foot injury most of last season. "The training staff did a great job of managing me and my reps throughout the whole season, so everything worked out just fine," Metcalf said in January. It's unclear if Metcalf would need surgery to address the issue soon, but he will have an entire offseason to recover fully. The former second-round pick caught 75 passes for 967 yards and 12 touchdowns over 17 games in 2021. Metcalf's situation is one to monitor as his 2022 fantasy value could take a significant hit if the Seahawks move on from star quarterback Russell Wilson this offseason.
