7 years agoUpdating a previous report, the Los Angeles Dodgers are the team that have put in a claim on Washington Nationals relief pitcher Ryan Madson on Wednesday, according to a baseball source. The Dodgers were interested in Madson three years ago when he was a free agent. The veteran right-hander hasn't been very effective out of the bullpen this year and recently is coming off a back injury. Madson's fantasy value wouldn't change at all with a move to LA, where he'd be a setup man to closer Kenley Jansen.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
