6 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers have recalled Max Muncy from Triple-A to fill in a utility role. While he hasn't appeared in the majors since 2016, Muncy was hitting an impressive .313 with two home runs and four RBI in nine games at the minor league level to begin 2018. With Logan Forsythe on the disabled list, perhaps Muncy is used as insurance at second base in games where Chase Utley sits. While he isn't a must-add by any means, Muncy was tearing it up at Triple-A and could be a potential streaming option at second if he starts.--Dan Fappiano
