7 years agoThe Miami Dolphins spent some time with Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield at last month's Senior Bowl, and they are planning to have dinner with him right before they evaluate him at Oklahoma's Pro Day on March 14. Mayfield threw for 4,627 yards last year with 43 touchdowns and only six interceptions and is one of the top QBs in the draft class. He's unlikely to be available when Miami selects 11th overall, but they are doing their due diligence on him. Ryan Tannehill is expected to be under center for Miami next season if his knee is fully healed, but that won't stop Miami from looking towards the future, and Mayfield is pegged to be someone's franchise quarterback.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
