3 years agoThe Miami Dolphins are unlikely to tender impending restricted free-agent wide receiver Preston Williams, which would make him an unrestricted free agent this offseason. Williams' playing time dropped in 2021, even though DeVante Parker missed time with a hamstring injury. He had just six catches for 71 yards and no touchdowns on 16 targets in eight games (three starts) and played just 175 offensive snaps. It was a big disappointment after Williams had seven combined touchdowns in his first two seasons for Miami. The 24-year-old has struggled with drops and injuries in his first three NFL seasons, and he may have to prove himself to a difference organization in 2022 and beyond.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
