4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Domingo German is likely to start the season as the team's fifth starter behind starting pitchers Gerrit Cole, Jameson Taillon, Corey Kluber, and Jordan Montgomery. German has outpitched starting pitcher Deivi Garcia so far this spring, and German has the added advantage of having no minor league options remaining. Fantasy managers should keep in mind that starting pitcher Luis Severino's (elbow) summer return to the rotation may bump German into the bullpen, but German should be the clear fantasy draft favorite over Garcia at this point.--Sam Chinitz
