Domingo Santana Cranks A Pair Of Long Balls
6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Domingo Santana led the offensive charge Wednesday in the team's 8-2 victory. He finished the afternoon going 3-for-4 with two runs and five RBI while clearing the bleachers twice breaking a 10-game homerless drought. Santana has had a tremendous debut season with the M's hitting .279 with 15 dingers, 40 runs, and 54 RBI while stealing five bags for good measure. He's seen a couple of rough patches, but overall his stats have easily returned a profit from his draft day value. Santana figures to be one of the few faces to stick around during their roster overhaul before the trade deadline and should remain a significant fantasy contributor the rest of the way.
