Domingo Santana Finding His Stride In May
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Domingo Santana went 2-for-4 with a double and a run in the 5-3 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. So far in May, Santana has hit .500 in every single one of his three starts, totaling a 6-for-12 batting line with a home run and two RBI. After struggling in April with a .235 batting average with two doubles and zero home runs for the month, it looks like he's starting to find not only his contact but his power as well. On the year, he's now hitting .267 with one home run and eight RBI and should be owned in all the vast majority of fantasy formats. His playing time will continue to remain inconsistent with the Brewers outfield remaining crowded with Christian Yelich, Lorenzo Cain, and Ryan Braun, however, should be started right now when given the chance.
