7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Dominic Leone is currently being treated for a "baffling nerve issue in his upper arm." He felt something wrong in his throwing arm while warming up on Friday and was placed on the 10-day disabled list. There is no timetable for his return, but it sounds like there's a chance it could be an extended absence. Leone has posted a 4.15 ERA in 13 innings so far this season.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
