4 years agoOttawa Senators right wing Drake Batherson matched Jason Spezza's franchise record by scoring in a sixth straight game on Monday. He bagged two in a 6-1 win over Calgary, taking his overall tally for the year to nine goals in 24 games. Batherson has produced eight goals across the last two weeks to lead the whole league in goal-scoring. Only seven players at 22 years or younger have produced a longer goal streak in the past 30 years, so the former fourth-round pick is having quite a run at the moment.
