Drake London Visits Commanders
3 years agoUSC wide receiver Drake London is visiting with the Washington Commanders on Tuesday. The 20-year-old, who could be the first wide receiver off the board in next week's draft, has plenty of suitors. With Washington holding pick No. 11 and yet to reach a contract extension with fourth-year wide receiver Terry McLaurin, they could certainly be a viable landing spot for London. After trading for quarterback Carson Wentz and struggling to find any rhythm on offense last year, a player with London's presence on the outside should provide an immediate boost to the passing game. Wentz will need every weapon he can get in order to see a revival in Washington. With London profiling somewhat similar to fellow USC wide receiver product and former Wentz teammate Michael Pittman Jr., the move could make a lot of sense.
