Drew Anderson To Start On Saturday
3 years agoTexas Rangers relief pitcher Drew Anderson is scheduled to make the start against the Oakland Athletics on Saturday. He has thrown four scoreless innings in a pair of relief appearances for Texas this season. Anderson posted a 3.15 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 85/28 K/BB ratio over 68 2/3 innings in Triple-A Round Rock. He is expected to take over the starting spot in the rotation left from the departure of Kyle Gibson. The 27-year-old is a decent streaming option in deeper formats.
