6 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees completed 27 of 39 passes for 326 yards and a game-winning touchdown pass in the Saints 31-28 win over the Steelers. Brees got off to a rough start fantasy wise but rebounded with an excellent second half. An ill-devised fake punt by the Steelers set up Brees to drive down the field and hit receiver Michael Thomas for a 1-yard touchdown catch in the closing minutes to take the lead. Brees didn't light up the fantasy scoreboard but certainly played better than his previous three games. With the Saints cruising towards the playoffs, the team could decide to sit Brees in Week 17 against the Panthers.--Joey C - RotoBaller
