5 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees completed 32 of 45 passes for 287 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. The pass attempts were a season-high, but the 40-year-old averaged a season-low 6.4 yards per attempt. It wasn't Brees' best day accuracy-wise, though getting sacked six times certainly didn't help matters. The Saints also had six drive-killing penalties on offense. New Orleans had reached double-digits in 110 straight home games before their loss to Atlanta. Brees will get a good chance to right the ship against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 32nd-ranked pass defense.--Tim Capurso
