6 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees made his preseason debut against the Chargers, completing 7-of-9 passes for 59 yards and one interception in the Saints third preseason game. The object of the preseason for a player like Brees is to make it through healthy and ignore the results. The 39-year-old is coming off another 4,000-yard passing season but threw only 23 touchdowns, his lowest total since 2003. The Saints offense again will lean on their running attack this season but Brees is still as good as they come. Brees' fantasy ranking is its lowest its been in years but is a strong bet to throw for another 4,000 yards this season and should eclipse more than 23 touchdowns.--Joey C - RotoBaller
