6 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees completed 37 of 45 passes for 439 yards and three touchdowns in the Saints 48-40 loss to the Buccaneers. It was a valiant effort by the future Hall of Famer but couldn't overcome the hole the Saints dug for themselves in allowing 31 first-half points. The early deficit put the Saints into pass mode for most of the second half and led to Brees putting up a monster passing game. All signs point to the Saints offense being as dangerous as ever moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
