5 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw for 184 yards and a touchdown in a Thanksgiving victory over the Atlanta Falcons. It was the worst game of the year for the 40-year-old, as he posted season-lows in yards, yards per attempt, touchdowns, and completion percentage. The Saints didn't need a big game from Brees to beat Atlanta with the way their defense played. Still, fantasy owners would have expected more points from him given his accuracy this year- even on only 30 pass attempts. It didn't help that Jared Cook dropped a sure touchdown in the end zone. Brees will get his toughest test of the season next week against the San Francisco 49ers, the league's best pass defense.--Tim Capurso
